At BRC our Hickory Tool Handles are turned individually on our Defiance Lathes the way they have been for years. Our craftsmen inspect each blank to make sure it meets our strict quality standards before moving on to the next step of the process.
BRC has the capability to create most any design or style of turned wooden parts that you might need. We have large pattern type lathes for larger or more complex designs.
We can also create custom or very exact eye styles if needed.
A heavy coating of clear lacquer is applied to each handle for beauty and durability. Custom colors and types of coatings are available to meet your specific needs. We can also stamp your logo or pattern into the product if desired, along with other styles and treatments.
